Whimar Smart Pressure Controller adopts self-regulating piston technology, ie automatically adapts the CO2 to the outlet when the tank pressure drops while keeping the CO2 supply stable.
A brand new piston reducer complete with connection fitting for Ø 6 / 4mm pipe at the outlet and with non-adjustable fixed operating pressure set at 2 bar. This allows a very precise and unaltered delivery over time. In the smallest gearbox, all the features of the upper range gearboxes are concentrated. The fine adjustment tap for microbubble dosing is in fact integrated into the gearbox body machining, allowing optimal space reduction.
A fundamental feature of the Whimar gearbox is its high level of safety; the gearbox is subjected to various stress tests to verify and certify its total safety in the operating environment; consider, for example, that the maximum working pressure is 2 BAR but the gearbox is tested at a pressure up to 60 BAR; more safety is the built-in safety valve that guarantees, if there is a very unlikely fault in operation, an immediate gas escape route.
The pressure reducer is equipped, among other things, with high and low pressure gauges which allow to constantly monitor, respectively, the quantity of residual charge in the cylinder and the pressure with which the CO2 is introduced into the tank.
The cylinder is mounted from the top through a universal M10x1 DX connection compatible with all standard disposable cylinders currently on the market.
The output is instead entrusted to a VNR Ø4 / 6 outlet on which standard CO2 pipes are fitted.
