Reef Phytoplankton is a concentrated blend of green and brown marine phytoplankton designed to provide essential fatty acids, proteins, vitamins, amino acids and organic carotenoids to the diet of invertebrates. The size ranges from 1 to 20 microns to feed a wide range of animals in 'tropical marine aquarium, and invertebrates. Reef Phytoplankton ™ contains a natural source of carotenoids which provides essential proteins as well as a more bioavailable source of pigmentation compared to other sources of natural and synthetic pigments. Carotenoids have the added advantage of antioxidant activity. Moreover, Reef phytoplankton ™ has been improved to increase the bioavailability of important nutrients such as proteins, lipids, vitamins of the B group, and other organic pigments, therefore, corals consume less energy to achieve the nutritional benefit. It is blended to contain the proper ratio of fatty acids, carbohydrates and proteins.

Instructions for Use
Directions: Shake well before use. Use 5 ml per 190 liters of water twice a week or as needed to maintain the growth of corals. (as a reference, the cap contains 5 mL). Refrigeration after opening is recommended but not mandatory. |
