Product: Pentair TLC-100
Features:
The new reverse osmosis membrane Pentair Water is realized with a new and advanced filtration system TLC (Thin Layer Composite) which guarantees a high stability and rejection.
Internal laboratory testing confirm the high capacity of rejection against pollutants present in the water up to 98% even in the presence of water with high values of TDS.
The double o-ring terminals inserted in the membrane obliguo allow a perfect fit into avoiding problems of infiltration concentrated in the permeate.
Features:
• Made in TLC
• Diaphragm stored dry for longer life and greater ease of transport.
• High stability and rejection of input values with high TDS
These membranes can be used in all systems of osmosis with conventional vessel 1812.
Specifications TLC-100:
A - Width 44.5 mm
B - Length 298.5 mm
C - 254.0 mm
D - 22.2 mm
E - 17.20 mm
Capacity 16 lph + / - 15% *
Rejection 98%

* The rejection and the production of the permeate (flow) are calculated taking account of the following operating conditions: 500 ppm TDS incoming water, temperature 25 ° C, pressure 4.5 bar food.
Operating parameters:
Maximum pressure 6.9 bar
Recommended pressure 4.50 bar
Maximum operating temperature 49 ° C
Minimum flow rate of the concentrated 4 - 5 times the flow of the permeate (relations minor increase the precipitation rate)
Boulders concentration of 2000 ppm total dissolved salts (in case the salinity was highest use softened water)
Maximum tolerable amount Chlorine 0.1 ppm for short periods (we recommend the complete removal)
Ph work 4:00 to 11:00 (high levels of ph affect life time)
Warnings and Precautions:
Do not use the water produced after inserting the new membrane. Throwing the first 30 liters of water in order to remove traces of harmful product in which is stored the membrane.
Do not use the water produced by the membrane for drinking or food without that has been mineralized in order to bring the dissolved salts to correct levels.
The membranes have a limited resistance to contact with chlorine (hypochlorite). Continuous exposure cause irreversible damage.
It is recommended to change the prefilters osmosis plant at least every 6 months to ensure the efficiency and durability of the membrane for several years. In addition, it is recommended that the backwashing monthly to prevent mineral fouling and have the highest efficiency.
Storage:
For short periods of inactivity to keep the membrane with the appropriate liquids.
