Product: OceanLife Aqua Test KH
Features:
This test allows you to easily and accurately measure the carbonate hardness (KH) in sea water.
Knowing the KH in a saltwater aquarium is vital to our corals . Calcium and KH are fundamental to the construction of the calcareous skeleton and the stability of the whole tank .
The fair value is to be kept in the aquarium of 8-9 dKH .
The clear and simple instructions will guide you to the test in a few quick steps .
The test allows a resolution of 1 dKH and packaging allows for up to 50 measurements with water to KH 8 .
Ultra- precise measurement
E ' can further increase the resolution of the test by placing the test tube 10 ml of aquarium water in place of 5 . In this way, the test will have a resolution of 0.5 dKH !
Measuring the output of calcium reactors
And ' possible to measure the value of output of the KH calcium reactors with a lower resolution but with a saving of reagent. To do so, enter into the test tube 2.5 ml of water of the reactor , in this way , each drop of reagent 2 dKH measure .
For a still lower resolution , insert into the tube only 1 ml of water of the reactor , in this way each drop of reagent will measure 5 dKH . |
