Features:
Haquoss DENITRAX EXTREME is a product designed for the
immediate elimination of nitrates (NO3) in freshwater. Nitrates are the last
link in the chain of the nitrogen cycle and are harmful because they strat
algae growth and the appearance of phosphates. The maximum
acceptable level in fresh water is 20-30mg/lt. Product harmless to fish,
plants and crustaceans.
DOSAGE: Put the product in the net provided, close it and place it directly
into the aquarium filter. 330gr treat 400lt of water for a period of 3/4
months. Test NO3 values constantly. IMPORTANT: Tests on the market
measure nitrates up to a maximum level of 100/120 mg/l but if these were
higher in the water it is not possible to quantify the "performance" of the
resin. For this reason it is recommended to always leave HAQUOSS
DENITRAX EXTREME in the filter for the period indicated. As soon as the
nitrates are no longer stable at 10-15 mg/lt, the resin must be replaced. It
does not release nitrate into the aquarium when its effect ends, but no
longer absorbs it. |
