DecorLine Octopus Wood, 100% natural woods perfect for furnishing freshwater aquariums; ideal for anchoring epiphytic plants.
Features:
The natural decorative woods in the aquarium are becoming more and more used over time and with the advance of the Aquascaping.
When you want to set up an aquarium with a mainly vegetative layout and with a high presence of woods (such as "Ryoboku" or "Driftwood" styles), it is good to know well about the aesthetic and chemical characteristics of the woods that will be inserted in since, due to the use of many pieces, they will inevitably affect the balance of the aquarium.
The Octopus Wood are branches of Tectona Grandis, characterized by shapes and ramifications that recall the tentacles of an octopus or an octopus; they are extremely scenographic and, at the same time, useful for those species of fish that prefer crevices in which to go underground.
It is possible, especially on the smaller branches, to anchor mosses or other Epiphytes to further beautify the layout that was designed.
Their ravines can also be used to insert natural rocks and give life, therefore, to real mountains or submerged craters.
They are particularly heavy woods, so it may not be necessary to use sinking supports.
They are available in 3 different sizes:
Small: about cm20x15x10h
Medium: about cm30x25x15h
Large: about cm35x30x20h |
