For many years, AQUAEL aquarium sets have been adapted to strict European standards in terms of glass thickness and quality of workmanship. The AQUAEL Research and Development Department has set the bar even higher. This is how the new GLOSSY WHITE was created using the innovative “Laminated Safety Tank” technology. Safer than ever and more energy efficient. Two glass panels were used connected by lamination technology – an ultra-thin and transparent, special film. This solution means that you do not have to worry about immediate unsealing of the tank in the event of accidental breakage of the aquarium. You have time to calmly evacuate in habitants of your aquarium. As the new GLOSSY WHITE aquariums are made of three layers, the result is to slow down heat loss. Thanks to this, the heater turns on less often, and thus your electricity bills are lower.
Elegant and functional aquarium
The aquarium has an integrated lid with Aquael Leddy Tube Sunny Day&Night 2.0 lighting. The light modules are mounted on a special holder. If access to the inside of the aquarium is required, the lid and handle are lifted and set vertically on the back wall. The aquarium cover has also been equipped with a convenient flap that allows you to feed the fish every day without having to open it completely.
2 lighting modules are included. It is possible to buy more modules and expand them to a maximum of 7. GLOSSY aquariums are ideal for setting up plant tanks, biotope tanks and traditional social aquariums. They are offered in four sizes from 80 to 150 cm in length (capacity from 33 to 107 US gal [125 to 405 l] ).
