Product: Griffon PVC Gel 125ml
For bonding rigid PVC pipes and fittings with interference for small and large systems in pressure and drainage. Suitable for diameters up to 250 mm. Up to 16 bar (PN16). Tolerances: max 0.8 mm in diameter and 0.2 mm locking. Suitable for piping systems according to EN 1329, 1452, 1453, 1455.

How to use:
1.Cut the tube perpendicularly, chamfering and deburring.
2.Clean surfaces to be bonded with Griffon Cleaner.
3.Applicare the adhesive quickly and uniformly along the tube and inside the ring (sleeve).
4.Unire immediately pipe and fitting. Remove excess adhesive. Not to move the assembled parts for the first 10 minutes. Close properly and quickly the container after use.
Stains / Residue: Remove stains and adhesive residue with Griffon Cleaner.

Operating temperature: 60 ° C with peaks of 95 ° C
Resistance to chemicals: chemical bonding strength depends upon the gap between pipe and fitting, curing time, pressure and temperature, the type and concentration of the product. In general bonding has the same chemical resistance of the tube used with the exception of a limited number of very aggressive chemicals such as concentrated inorganic acids, bases and strong oxidants.

Store in original packaging in a dry area with a temperature between +5 ° C and +40 ° C. If stored properly, the product is stable for at least 24 months. Limited stability in an open tin.
