1.  ENROLMENT

It's my first order. What should I do?
Clicking on a product you will enter the Product Sheet. Here you will find the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. You can insert the product in your Shopping Cart simply by clicking this button. After you have finished browsing the various categories of on-line catalog, you can go to your Cart, change the quantity of products in order, removing or adding others and proceed with the dispatch of order.

Why should I register?
By registering you have some advantages.
• Permanent Cart. The products you add to your shopping cart during a visit will also remain on subsequent visits until you decide to delete them.
• Order History. You can view all purchases made by you, print a summary of your order and check status.
• Address Book. You can add addresses that you can use to send your purchases directly to a person to whom you make a gift or to an address other than yours.
Moreover if you are registered, when you come back to buy again you do not have to insert each time your information.

Can I purchase without being registered?
Yes, registration is not mandatory. You can also place orders without registering entering each time  all the data for the shipment and payment or by fax.

2.  DELIVERY METHODS

How much is shipping?
Delivery costs can change depending on the type of shipment, the weight and volume of goods and include all costs (packaging, shipping, etc.). The amount is usually made well in evidence in the summary final order (Italy only), except in special situations where we will notify you by e-mail or telephone.

How long does it take for delivery?
The order will be processed within two working days from the date on which the order will be completed.
The order is considered "completed" when the customer provides proof of payment via e-mail or by fax at 080 3510128. Delivery of goods will be within 48 hours of shipment to mainland Italy and Sicily, while for the smaller islands and Sardinia the time required may increase. For foreign countries the times can vary depending on destination.

3.  PAYMENTS

What forms of payment available abroad?

4.  ORDERS AND REPORT

What is the procedure to place an order?
Choose products to purchase and click on "Add to Shopping Cart." The products will be placed in the cart. To complete your order click "Buy Now" and follow the steps indicated confirming each time, until the choice of payment methods. After the procedure, the system will send you an email summarizing your order.

Can I delete my order?
Yes, you can. Just send us an e-mail at staff@aquariumline.com

How can I get a written receipt of my order?
Once the order is submitted, you will see a confirmation page. This page will serve as a receipt, and we recommend to print that directly from your computer.
You will still receive, immediately after the purchase, an e-mail notification containing the number of the purchase order.

5.  MISCELLANEOUS

What is the "Shopping cart"?
Shopping cart is the virtual space in which to place the products during the visit to the site. The shopping cart shows you the products you have purchased including the subtotal of costs, so that at any moment you can have an idea of the total costs. You can at any time add, modify, or remove products from your cart.

How can I view the content of my "Shopping cart"?
With our system you can always see what you have put into your shopping cart thanks to the box on the right side. By clicking on the Shopping cart link will appear immediately a detailed list of all the products that you have decided to buy.

How can I change the contents of my "Shopping cart"?
The Shopping cart provides a few buttons to change the number of pieces for each product added, to delete products you no longer want and to empty it completely.

How can I quickly find a product?
Using our internal search engine. To activate it just type the name of the wished product into the box on the upper left on every page of the Web site.
